REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS

Products sold by ELLESENTIALS are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping incurred by Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or other postal services. Once your order is shipped out, ELLESENTIALS is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment including lost or damaged packages. Lost or stolen items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange any item that is defective, damaged, or unused. Please contact info@ellesentials.com within 14 days of having your ordered delivered if you wish to return and exchange your items.

  • Products must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, you are responsible to cover the difference.

  • ELLESENTIALS is not responsible for covering shipping costs on returns for unused products and it will not be refunded or reimbursed.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs.

  • Items will not be replaced after 14 days.

Damaged items caused by shipping are not eligible for return or exchange.

All sale items are final and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
